Outside of writing, Isaiah enjoys speedskating, native ecosystem conservation, and puppet making.

Portfolio

Zombie Chase Board Game

For this project, I wrote the taglines, package copy, backstory, gameplay elements, and instructions. I was also heavily involved in testing, brainstorming, and design sessions during the development of the game.

eLearning Course Script and Materials

Working as the project manager and script editor, I oversaw a freelance writer and edited her work. I was also responsible for fact-checking, writing the course descriptions, and designing the certification exam.

Snap Ships Inventor Bio

To write this bio, I interviewed the inventors of Snap Ships to learn about their inspirations. I then used the information I learned to write an article about how they created the toys and app.

Showtime – Literary Journal Poetry

Outside of professional writing, I have also been published in numerous literary journals. Through my work as a published writer, I gained experience writing cover letters and editing pieces for publication.

Stacktopus Amazon Content

After familiarizing myself with the style, voice, and brand of Stacktopus, I wrote the product description and copy for the A+ content. I also designed the layout and chose which products to suggest to potential buyers.

Curated Content Blog Article

As a content curator, I reviewed dozens of pieces of content and included the best ones in learning pathways. Using this experience, I wrote this article that described the benefits of curated content.

Madison Speed Skating Club Logos

With inspiration from classic restaurant signs, I created these logos for use on clothing, equipment, web, and print materials. They have been featured on the skinsuits of National Champions from the club.

Newspaper Articles and Photos

As a volunteer reporter for my local Boy Scout Troop and School Forest Committee, I write articles and photograph events for the groups. These are some of my favorite articles that I have written.

Face Paintoos Magazine Article

This article was featured in a nationwide trade magazine for specialty toy stores. While it was mainly for B2B purposes, I had to write the piece in a way that would also target consumers.
